Richard Armstrong serves as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) where he is responsible for leading the firm’s investment team and platform. In this capacity, his responsibilities encompass development of investment offerings, strategy oversight, and consulting on portfolio design, asset allocation, security selection, and risk management. He also evaluates portfolio performance, conducts market analysis and research to identify opportunities and trends, and provides the firm’s investment outlooks.
Oliver believes his ability to stay ahead of the ever-changing financial services industry allows him to lead a team that adapts quickly and effectively. Oliver’s primary responsibility is to oversee Growth Cap’s capabilities relating to investment and CRM systems, workflow integration, data integrity, custodian management, and assist with acquisition integration.
As Chief Compliance Officer Clair leads the firm’s regulatory compliance strategy, aligning rigorous adherence with strategic growth and operational excellence.
